WashGuru takes reasonable care when handling all garments. However, we cannot guarantee the removal of every stain or damage that may occur due to the existing condition, age, fabric quality, colorfastness, or manufacturer care instructions of a garment.

WashGuru is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects, improper care labels, weak or damaged fabric, loose buttons, embellishments, color bleeding, or other conditions beyond our reasonable control.
